Poinsettia Cocktail Recipe – A Sparkling Holiday Cocktail

Champagne is a lifestyle!

I’m an ultimate champagne lover, who enjoys a nice glass of bubbly. As a true champagne lover, I always have a bottle or two chilling in the fridge for a special occasion that needs a little sparkle. I couldn’t think of a better cocktail to cheers to 2021 than the Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail. It’s festive with the perfect blend of cranberry and orange flavors.

The Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail is named after the popular Christmas plant for decorating. The cocktail is a mixture of orange liqueur with champagne and cranberry juice, and garnished with rosemary and cranberries. Perfect for an adventurous entertainer.

Nothing says party time quite like opening a bottle of champagne!

Ingredients:

  • Champagne
  • Orange liquor
  • Cranberry juice
  • Whole cranberries
  • Rosemary spring

To make this cocktail is very easy!

Step 1: In a champagne flute pour in 2 Tbsp of orange liquor

Step 2: Add 2 Tbsp of cranberry juice and ½ cup of champagne

Step 3: Stir gently with a long spoon, and garnish with 1 rosemary sprig and 5 whole cranberries

Step 4: Enjoy!

Champagne always feels a bit fancier in flutes!
